The Conference Venue and On-Site Registration

The conference will take place each day at the Conference Rooms in the 2nd floor of Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel, Jeju, Korea.

The on-site registration will be located at the 2nd floor of Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel, and will be operated according to the following schedule

Wednesday, November 9	13:00 - 15:00
Thursday, November 10	9:30 - 10:30

All attendees are required to check in at the registration desk to receive their badge, an abstract book, and delegate bag. The registration/information desk will also be staffed anytime during the conference hours.

Catering

All lunches and refreshments will be provided during the conference.

Social program

Thursday 10 November: Welcome Reception. There will be a drinks reception and buffet provided during the Special Lecture and Welcome Reception session for all delegates.

Insurance

Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance. We accept no responsibility for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of cancellation or postponement of the event. We accept no liability for any other loss, including incidental or consequential loss, in excess of the amount paid for the booking.

Conference team

The conference administration team will consist of Prof. Kyung-Sang Cho and Joomi Kim who will be contactable via the registration desk throughout the conference to help with any enquiries or problems.
